Booking closes 24 hours before each concert. There may be tickets available on the door, notification of which will be posted on the website.

How to book

There are lots of ways you can book and pay for your tickets:

Online

Click here for a full list of events and choose your seats online 24 hours a day. 

We have introduced e-tickets. Just choose the ‘print-at-home’ option at checkout and your e-ticket will be emailed to you. Please print it out as you may not be able to access your email at the venues due to poor phone signal.

There are no booking fees. A £1.00 postage charge applies if you would like your tickets to be sent.

Box Office to 30 September:

Monday-Wednesday and Friday: 9am to 5pm

Thursday & Saturday: 9am to 4.30pm

 

Box Office October:

Monday-Wednesday and Friday: 9.30am to 4.30pm

Thursday & Saturday: 9.30am to 4.00pm

(Closed for lunch 12.30-1.15pm)

 

Bank Holidays: 10am to 4pm

How to pay for your tickets

You can pay using credit cards, debit cards or cash (at the Exeter Visitor Information and Tickets Box Office only).  We accept most major cards, excluding American Express and Electron.

Concessions

Where advertised, discounted prices are available for young people in full-time education aged 30 years and under.

Where advertised, a discounted price of £3 per ticket for children 18 years and under is available for groups of ten or more children accompanied by at least one adult. One adult goes free of charge.
